EcoQuest is not responsible for any damage to air purifier(s) that occurred during the shipment to EcoQuest. EcoQuest is not responsible for any shipping delays. Customers are responsible for package insurance. All costs and fees associated with shipping to EcoQuest are the customer’s responsibility. EcoQuest will pay shipping costs and fees from EcoQuest back to the customer. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada customers will be contacted for an additional charge. All claims for damaged or lost shipment should be filed with the respective shipping carriers. All clients have to provide picture id for an order with a different shipping address from the billing address, to protect against theft of goods.
ITEMS RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
A customer is eligible for a refund if all purchase items are returned to EcoQuest in brand new condition, unused, with original packaging as it was received. These items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. All shipping fees must be paid by the buyer.
REPAIR WARRANTY POLICY
Our repair services are backed by a hundred-and-eighty-days (180) warranty on replaced and/or repaired parts and on labor counting from the date of receipt of the repaired and/or serviced unit by the customer. If any problem occurs during the hundred-and-eighty-day (180) warranty period, EcoQuest will repair that unit again at no additional cost to the customer and return it to the customer free of charge. EcoQuest will place an internal seal inside the air purifier after a repair is complete. If the unit is opened internally or the warranty seal is removed or modified in any way, the warranty shall be rendered null and void.
REPAIR CANCELLATION POLICY
A customer is not able to cancel repair order AFTER air purifier was sent to the EcoQuest. The customer is able to cancel repair order only if air purifier was not sent. EcoQuest will issue a full refund to a customer if a cancellation was successful within 30 days.
