Shipping & Returns
EcoQuest is not responsible for any damage to air purifier(s) that occurred during the shipment to EcoQuest. EcoQuest is not responsible for any shipping delays. Customers are responsible for package insurance. All costs and fees associated with shipping to EcoQuest are the costumer’s responsibility. EcoQuest will pay shipping costs and fees from EcoQuest back to the customer. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada customers will be contacted for an additional charge. All claims for damaged or lost shipment should be filed with the respective shipping carriers.
Items Return And Refund Policy
A customer is eligible for a refund if all purchase items are returned to EcoQuest in brand new condition, unused, with original packaging as it was received. These items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. All shipping fees must be paid by the buyer. We may deduct up to 25% restocking fee from the full amount.

The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request.
