Shipping Policy

EcoTechWorld Inc. is not responsible for any damage that occurs to the air purifier(s) during the shipment to EcoTechWorld Inc.
EcoTechWorld Inc. is not responsible for any shipping delays. Customers are responsible for package insurance.  All costs and fees associated with shipping to EcoTechWorld Inc. are the costumer’s responsibility. EcoTechWorld Inc. will pay shipping costs and fees from EcoTechWorld Inc. back to the customer. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada customers will be contacted for an additional charge. All claims for damaged or lost shipment should be filed with the respective shipping carriers.

Items Return And Refund Policy

A customer is eligible for a refund if all purchase items are returned to EcoTechWorld Inc. in brand new condition, unused, with original packaging as it was received. These items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. All shipping fees must be paid by the buyer. We may deduct up to 25% restocking fee from the full amount.

We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example, to add you to one of our mailing lists.
