Payment and Repairs
We provide some of the easiest and most convenient repair services online. We strive to bring the most satisfactory service to every one of our valued customers.
We advise you to first visit our repair services home page where you will be able to locate your purifier. Once you locate your appliance, please click on it and proceed with selecting the preferred repair option.
You will fill out all of the necessary information then proceed to check out. Payments are processed via Authorize.Net., which guarantees easy and secure money transaction. However, you can still make a purchase using your preferred method of payment. We accept all major credit cards.
Once you complete the payment procedure, do not forget to send your purifier to us. Please include your transaction or receipt number slip in your package. Make sure you have the correct address on the package, and your shipment method has a trackable source.
Our standard completion time for repairs is 3-6 business days and it includes the following:
1. Full diagnostic, testing of your unit.
2. Repair of all mechanical/electrical defects, including a replacement of electrical or mechanical parts if needed.
3. Complete quality control and post-repair inspection.
4. Replacement ozone plate(s).
5. Lubrication of mechanical parts.
6. 180 days warranty.
7. We provide you with a tracking number once the product is shipped back to you.
Please note that the process might be delayed for up to 20 days.
We guarantee to repair a broken air purifier. If for some reason we can not repair it, we guarantee you a refund and send the air purifier back at our expense. Repair does not include the replacement of ozone plates, filters, and remote control. Warranty does not cover replacement parts like ozone plates, power cord, filter, target plate, UV bulb, starter, and RCI CELL.

If we determine that is not economical to repair the air purifier, we will send the unit back and will issue a full refund.

A customer is responsible for a full cost of repair services, as well as any shipping fees charged for sending the air purifier to EcoTechWorld Inc..
All customers are advised to send their air purifiers without ozone plates, power cords, and remote controls.
EcoTechWorld Inc. is not responsible for any damage to air purifier(s) that occurred during the shipment to EcoTechWorld Inc.. Customers are responsible for package insurance. All costs and fees associated with shipping to EcoTechWorld Inc. are the costumer’s responsibility. EcoTechWorld Inc. will pay shipping costs and fees from EcoTechWorld Inc. back to the customer. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada customers will be contacted for an additional charge. All claims for damaged or lost shipment should be filed with the respective shipping carriers.
Items Return And Refund Policy
A customer is eligible for a full refund if all purchase items are returned to EcoTechWorld Inc. in brand new condition, unused, with original packaging as it was received. These items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. All shipping fees must be paid by the buyer.
Repair Warranty Policy
Our repair services are backed by 180 days warranty on replaced and/or repaired parts and on labor counting from the date of receipt of the repaired and/or serviced unit by the customer. If any problem occurs during the one year warranty period, EcoTechWorld Inc. will repair that unit again at no additional cost to the customer and return it to the customer free of charge. EcoTechWorld Inc. will place an internal seal inside the air purifier after a repair is complete. If the unit is opened internally or the warranty seal is removed or modified in any way, the warranty shall be rendered null and void.
Repair Cancellation Policy
A customer is not able to cancel repair order after air purifier was sent to the EcoTechWorld Inc.. The customer is able to cancel repair order only if air purifier was not sent to us. EcoTechWorld Inc. will issue a full refund to the customer if a cancellation was successful within 30 days.
The Site may use cookie and tracking technology depending on the features offered. Cookie and tracking technology are useful for gathering information such as browser type and operating system, tracking the number of visitors to the Site, and understanding how visitors use the Site. Cookies can also help customize the Site for visitors. Personal information cannot be collected via cookies and other tracking technology, however, if you previously provided personally identifiable information, cookies may be tied to such information. Aggregate cookie and tracking information may be shared with third parties.
